Laura Abbott

I’ve been drawn to senior care since I was 12 years old, when my grandfather—my first love—began struggling with dementia. That experience shaped the work I do today.

As a trained CNA with 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential assisted living, I’ve supported seniors and their families through some of life’s most emotional transitions. I understand both the care side and the decision-making side—and what truly matters in each.

Today, as a Senior Transition Specialist, I help families navigate these decisions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

I’m also a mother and grandmother, and caring for family has always been at the center of my life—both personally and professionally.
